Cela signifie 500 francs d\u2019imp\u00f4ts en plus par m\u00e9nage, tandis que les riches propri\u00e9taires immobiliers verront leurs imp\u00f4ts all\u00e9g\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>500 francs d\u2019imp\u00f4ts en plus par m\u00e9nage <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Tel qu\u2019il est pr\u00e9vu, le changement de syst\u00e8me de la valeur locative profitera surtout aux riches propri\u00e9taires immobiliers. En revanche, la population devra payer pour les pertes fiscales d\u2019environ 2 milliards de francs. Les gouvernements cantonaux s\u2019attendent \u00e0 des pertes importantes. Le gouvernement cantonal tessinois a d\u00e9j\u00e0 annonc\u00e9 qu\u2019il devrait augmenter les imp\u00f4ts de plus de 7,5 % pour les compenser. Dans le canton de Zurich, des hausses d\u2019imp\u00f4ts d\u2019environ 4 % sont attendues. <\/p>\n<h3><strong>Les locataires paient le prix fort <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Bien que les locataires soient d\u00e9j\u00e0 fortement p\u00e9nalis\u00e9-es par l\u2019explosion des loyers, elles et ils doivent \u00e0 nouveau payer pour les privil\u00e8ges de quelques riches propri\u00e9taires immobiliers. Le pouvoir d\u2019achat des locataires est d\u00e9j\u00e0 suffisamment sous pression !<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Des pertes de plusieurs dizaines de milliards <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Selon la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration, une baisse des taux d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat fera exploser les pertes fiscales. En l\u2019espace de 10 ans, les pertes pourraient atteindre 20 milliards de francs, au d\u00e9triment de la population. C\u2019est pour cette raison que m\u00eame les cantons sont sortis de leur r\u00e9serve pour appeler au rejet du changement de syst\u00e8me.
