En bref : le lobby immobilier veut augmenter ses rendements par tous les moyens. Ainsi, les bailleurs-euses pourront augmenter les loyers en permanence. Cela signifie qu\u2019il sera beaucoup plus difficile pour les locataires de quitter leur logement. Les locataires doivent pouvoir \u00eatre expuls\u00e9-es plus facilement afin que les propri\u00e9taires immobiliers puissent augmenter les loyers. Le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 est sournois : le lobby immobilier a sciemment renonc\u00e9 \u00e0 regrouper les r\u00e9visions de loi en un seul projet, comme c\u2019est habituellement le cas. De la sorte, chaque modification de loi doit faire l\u2019objet d\u2019un r\u00e9f\u00e9rendum individuel.
