Alain Berset &eacute;tait &eacute;lu &agrave; 31 ans &agrave; peine en qualit&eacute; de repr&eacute;sentant fribourgeois au Conseil des &Eacute;tats qu&rsquo;il pr&eacute;sidera &agrave; 36 ans, avant d&rsquo;acc&eacute;der au Conseil f&eacute;d&eacute;ral &agrave; 39 ans. Il est ainsi le premier &agrave; acc&eacute;der &agrave; la Pr&eacute;sidence du Conseil f&eacute;d&eacute;ral, apr&egrave;s avoir pr&eacute;sid&eacute; la Chambre des Cantons&thinsp;; tout en &eacute;tant le plus jeune pr&eacute;sident de la Conf&eacute;d&eacute;ration depuis 1934.<p>Le PS Suisse f&eacute;licite chaleureusement Alain Berset pour son &eacute;lection.
