B. Schaffung <\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">eines Helpdesks) <\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">c) Sicherstellung einer sorgf\u00e4ltigen Dokumentation und der M\u00f6glichkeit zur Meldung der F\u00e4lle <\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">d) Sensibilisierung und Schulung von beh\u00f6rdlichen Stellen, Arbeitgebern, Bildungsinstitutionen <\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">usw. <\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">e) Schaffung einer unabh\u00e4ngigen Ombudsstelle auf kantonaler Ebene <\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">f) <\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Bereitstellung zus\u00e4tzlicher finanzieller Mittel im Bereich Diskriminierungsschutz <\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">g) Schaffung zus\u00e4tzlicher Anlaufstellen im Kanton Bern <\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">h) Erhalt eines Angebots in franz\u00f6sischer Sprache <\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"endOfContent active\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"page\" role=\"region\" data-page-number=\"2\" aria-label=\"Page 2\" data-loaded=\"true\">\n<div class=\"textLayer\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Begr\u00fcndung: <\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Die Integration der ausl\u00e4ndischen Bev\u00f6lkerung hat im Kanton Bern und in der Schweiz eine <\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">grosse Bedeutung. Diskriminierung ist gem\u00e4ss drei k\u00fcrzlich vorgelegten Studien in der Schweiz <\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">ein allt\u00e4gliches Ph\u00e4nomen, das sich nachweislich integrationshemmend auswirkt.<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">1<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">2<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">3<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"> Diesen <\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Zusammenhang belegen auch die Daten des Bundesamts f\u00fcr Statistik zum Zusammenleben in <\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">der Schweiz. <\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Der Kanton Bern stellt im Rahmen des kantonalen Integrationsprogramms (KIP2) lediglich 0,2 <\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Prozent der finanziellen Mittel f\u00fcr den Schutz vor Diskriminierung zur Verf\u00fcgung. Trotz guter An-<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">s\u00e4tze (zum Beispiel GGGFon<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">4<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">) fehlen die notwendigen Ressourcen, um im ganzen Kanton eine <\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">professionelle Arbeit im Bereich Diskriminierungsschutz leisten zu k\u00f6nnen.
