{"id":153799,"date":"2022-03-28T09:53:46","date_gmt":"2022-03-28T07:53:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.sp-ps.ch\/vorstoesse\/kanton-wird-zur-blue-community\/"},"modified":"2022-03-28T09:53:46","modified_gmt":"2022-03-28T07:53:46","slug":"kanton-wird-zur-blue-community","status":"publish","type":"vorstoesse","link":"https:\/\/www.sp-ps.ch\/it\/vorstoesse\/kanton-wird-zur-blue-community\/","title":{"rendered":"Der Kanton Z\u00fcrich wird zur Blue Community"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span id=\"page5R_mcid12\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Der Regierungsrat wird eingeladen, Massnahmen <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">auszuarbeiten und umzusetzen, um die <\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">kantonale Verwaltung als Blue Community anerkennen zu lassen.<\/span> <\/span><span id=\"page5R_mcid13\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><\/span><span id=\"page5R_mcid14\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Als Blue Community anerkennt der Kanton Z\u00fcrich die folgenden Grunds\u00e4tze:<\/span> <\/span><span id=\"page5R_mcid15\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><\/span><span id=\"page5R_mcid16\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">1.<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Anerkennung des Menschenrechts auf Wasser<\/span> <\/span><span id=\"page5R_mcid17\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">2.<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Anerkennung von Wasser als \u00f6ffentliches <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Gut<\/span> <\/span><span id=\"page5R_mcid18\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">3.<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Wo m\u00f6glich Verwendung von Leitungswasser und Verzicht auf Flaschenwasser<\/span> <\/span><span id=\"page5R_mcid19\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">4.<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Pflege von Partnerschaften mit internationalen Partnern, die sich f\u00fcr \u00f6ffentlich<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">&#8211;<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">\u00f6ffentliche <\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Kooperationen einsetzen<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"page5R_mcid25\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Begr\u00fcndung: <\/span> <\/span><span id=\"page5R_mcid26\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><\/span><span id=\"page5R_mcid27\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Blue Community ist ein internationales Netzwerk, das sich f\u00fcr das Menschenrecht auf<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">freien <\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Zugang zu Trinkwasser und gegen die Privatisierung der Wasserversorgung engagiert. Die <\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Abstimmung \u00fcber das kantonale Wassergesetz am 19. Februar 2019 h<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">at klar gezeigt, dass <\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">die Bev\u00f6lkerung des Kantons Z\u00fcrich auch nichts von einer m\u00f6gli<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">chen Wasserprivatisierung <\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">h\u00e4lt.<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Mitglied der internationalen Blue Communities kann werden, wer sich mit einer Selbst<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">&#8211;<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">verpflichtung zu den obigen Grunds\u00e4tzen bekennt. Bislan<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">g sind in der Schweiz die St\u00e4dte <\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Bern, Neuenburg und St. Gallen sowie diverse Universit\u00e4ten und Hochschulen sowie ver<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">&#8211;<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">schiedene Institutionen und Organisationen Blue Communities. Der Kanton Z\u00fcrich soll seine <\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Vorbildfunktion wahrnehmen und auch klimapolitis<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">ch ein Zeichen f\u00fcr mehr Nachhaltigkeit <\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">und Umwelt <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">\u2013<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">und damit auch Wasserschutz <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">\u2013<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">setzen.
